POLICIES & CONDITIONS 1. Check-in Time : 3:00 PM Check-Out Time : 12:00 Noon 2. Check-out later than 12:00 Noon will be automatically charged with Fifty percent (50%) of the Room Rate. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY The GUEST agrees to pay the guaranteed number of rooms and nights, incidentals and other related charges. In case the guaranteed number of rooms and nights were unoccupied, Fifty percent (50%) of the room rate of each room per night shall be charged to the guests’ account as a “NO SHOW” FEE. 4. GUEST COUNT Room accommodation is subject to the specified and declared confirmed guest/s. Any immediate additional guest/s is subject to confirmation and approval of MPP and will be to corresponding charges. 5. CORKAGES Bringing in of food from other establishments will have corresponding corkage fees. Furthermore, MPP shall not be held responsible and accountable for the food and beverage brought in from these establishments and hereby releases itself from any obligation/liability arising therein. Corkage fees are at ONE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP100.00) per meal/person. 6. PROPERTIES MPP shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of whatever nature to personal belongings of the GUEST and/or to his/her guests during his/her stay. Movement of MPP’s furniture and fixtures are strictly NOT ALLOWED. If instances/situations as such shall reach our attention, corresponding charges will apply. Furthermore, Any damage or loss either partial or total to the facilities, furniture, appliances and other equipment shall be charged to and paid for by the GUEST. 7. CHILDREN’S POLICY Children below 18 years old are not permitted to check-in unless otherwise accompanied or allowed by parent/legal guardian. Children Four feet (4’) & below- stay is free of charge and must be accompanied by parents or adults. 8. SENIOR CITIZEN’S POLICY Senior Citizens with a valid identification card duly issued by the Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (O.S.C.A.) is required upon check-in. The 20% discount is given only to the qualified Senior Citizen on his/her occupied rooms only. The Senior Citizen discount does not apply to already discounted promo rated rooms. 9. SETTLEMENT i. The TOTAL BILL is required upon Check-in. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON CONSUMABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE. **Please be sure of your booking dates** ii. NOTE - Any additional charges shall be settled in cash IMMEDIATELY upon Check- out.
